How soon will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 72 hours, Monday through Friday. If you place an order before 9 a.m. EST on Monday, your order should ship by Wednesday.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US States. We do not ship internationally at this time and we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
What are my options for shipping?
All orders are shipped via Ground only, which may take up to 72 hours to process.
How much do you charge for shipping?
It depends on your location and the weight of the item(s) in your shopping cart.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. We collect sales tax for the following states only: California, Colorado, Florida, Kentucky, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Washington.
I received my order and the item is damaged – what should I do?
Please contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within one week and we will send a replacement for the damaged item, as well as instructions on how to return your order. In your e-mail, please include your name, address, phone number, and order number.
I need to return my order – what should I do?
Please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com within 30 days and we will gladly accept your return. In your e-mail, please include your name, address, phone number, order number, and reason for return. You will be issued a Return Authorization number as well as instructions on how to return your order. Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns.
Please note that shipping charges will not be reimbursed. In addition, you are responsible for return shipping fees as well as a 10% restocking fee. Should you decide to exchange your item for another of equal or greater value, the restocking fee will be waived.
