Saxco International, LLC Voluntarily Recalls Carboys with Stopper Style Tops in 3-, 5-, 6-, and 6.5-Gallon Sizes

Hazard: Glass containers can break and or break with repeated use, causing a laceration hazard.
Description: This recall is for 3 Gallon, 5 Gallon, or 6.5 Gallon Carboys purchased from Brewers Supply Group, Inc. d/b/a BSG HandCraft’s (“BSG”) or one of BSG’s retailers between September 21, 2022, and April 25, 2023, and 6 Gallon Carboys purchased between October 21, 2022, and April 25, 2023. All recalled Carboys should have the Saxco logo on the bottom of the container.
This recall includes those 5 and 6 Gallon Carboys that were purchased by retailers from BSG as part of TrueBrew or HCS equipment kits with the following item numbers and corresponding affected dates and ship/warehouse locations:

Injuries: There are no reported injuries.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled containers and return them to the retailer where they purchased it along with proof of such purchase. Retailer customers of BSG that purchased the recalled containers and/or affected kits should refrain from destroying the recalled Carboys until they have contacted BSG at SaxcoCarboyRecall@bsgcraftbrewing.com for further instructions.
